Payment

The buyer accepts to pay the full amount on reception of the invoice corresponding to their order. Cheques may made payable in French Francs or Euros to S.A.R.L Digimind, at following address: Digimind, 12 Rue Ampère, BP267, 38016 Grenoble Cedex 01, France.

Prices

The prices and any discounts may be changed at any time by Digimind.
Invoiced prices are those applicable when the corresponding order was placed (if they are not mentioned on the order form, the relevant date will be the date on which the order was received, for orders placed by e-mail or fax, or the postmark for orders despatched by post).

In addition, Digimind may organize promotional operations with special prices.

If the full price is not paid at the agreed date customers must remove all versions of Strategic Finder from their system(s) and the sale will be settled ipso jure if Digimind so chooses.

Speed of response

If you order online, an invoice is automatically generated by our server. You can then print it and keep a copy for your own purpose. You can also order by fax or by mail, you will then receive a printed invoice. On reception of payment Digimind will send you within 48 hours the relevant registration code by e-mail, enabling you to use all the functions of the full version of the software.

The times indicated above are for your guidance only. Any delays do not entitle buyers to cancel their purchase or demand damages and interest. Overall, Digimind will not be bound by its obligations regarding delivery in cases of force majeure (fire, flooding, partial or general strikes, etc.) or other reasons beyond its control.

Delivery

The purchase of Strategic Finder does not entitle the buyer to receive a CD-Rom containing the software or any printed documentation.

Information provided by the customer

The customer undertakes to provide valid information on the order form. Digimind reserves the right to check any information provided before despatching registration codes.

Disputes

Grenoble Tribunal de Commerce is sole competent to settle any dispute arising out of the present terms of sale or subsequent dealings.
